If one of my users were to forget his/her password, where would I retrieve it from?
(Hypothetical question at the moment)

Hey Pash -

all they have to do is click on the "Click Here if you have forgotten your password" link from the login screen - the system will ask them for their user name and email address, generate a new password for them and e-mail it to them. its pretty easy
