Unfortunately that is something that would have to be worked out in the "backend" (i.e. with PayPal) since Jamroom doesn't actually do any monetary transaction.

Is there a log entrie for each purchase? Maybe this could be the proof of purchase, I beleieve paypal can send back a confirm message' and this would be logged at jamroom then on your site terms and services you state you will bill you client x amount per transaction and send them a bill for what's been confirmed by paypal' What do you think?
