Please forgive me but i have totally forgot how i log into jamroom as admin , i have tried the user log in page and tried entering what i remember as the admin user name and password it then sort of logs in but the left side of the pages says i do not have permission to view this page while the right side seems to agree my user name for admin is correct am i doing somthing wrong because its a long time since installation , i have tried the running the settings file and resetting the password but i still cannot log in perhaps i have just forgot where the admin log in should be and am trying to log in on the user page?

Have you tried the retrieve your password via your email address?
There should be a box or link that asks if you have forgotton your password.

You probably have already done this but I thought I'd mention it any way

Extract settings.tar.gz and run settings.php and reset your password
