I usually will have a response back to you within an hour with a quote and an estimated completion time (if you provide enough information in the initial e-mail) . I usually complete projects within a week at most, but sometimes can take me up to 2. If the project is small enough I usually have the design done same day or next day.

I think that's about everything:)
