Brian's right,
The Jamroom player can already be embeded into a myspace page and your songs and playlists should be just as secure as playing them on Jamroom.

And yes I could make a custom player look like just about anything you want. But if you want the functions of that player, I'm not sure I have enough skill to do all that and still try and maintain some type of security over the songs or playlists.

If you haven't noticed, the player in your link caches the entire song into the users computer, so it really doesn't make much sense for them to offer songs for sale through that player.
