The Third Party Support forum has been created in answer to the growing amount of 3rd party "non Jamroom" add-ons, products and services currently available. If you're looking to enhance your current site and require the help of a 3rd party developer, this is the area to post your enquiries.

Some things to keep in mind before posting here:

1. If you have acquired or purchased a product from a 3rd party developer and require assistance, we would recommend in all instances that you contact the developer directly in order to maintain a dedicated level of support, as not all developers frequent this forum on a daily basis.

2. Please be aware that the comments you post in this forum may effect the opinion of other users. Take the time to be as diplomatic as possible before posting your comments, if you are dissatisfied with a product and/or service we recommend that you try to resolve the issue with the developer directly.

3. This forum has been created to network Jamroom users with 3rd party services and products. Jamroom.net / Talldude Networks LLC does not endorse, nor are we affiliated in any way with 3rd party developers. Any purchase, support or contract issues should be addressed with the original developer.

4. It is up to the 3rd party provider to ensure their product works properly with the latest versions of Jamroom - if you have any questions about whether or not a product is supported in the latest releases of Jamroom, please contact the developer of the product and inquire about the support.
