You'll need to give me a link so I can see whats going on.

The players will only play where and what you tell it to play. My guess is that you haven't included it correctly in your templates to play where you want it to.

I'm using the EvoDigi v3 theme, the ipod player it embedded on the artist/labels profile pages. I'm using it for placement on other website.

OK, I'm confused.........

I've looked all over your site and I don't see the IPlayer anywhere.

Do you have it installed anywhere?
Can you give me a link to a page where you have it installed?

Sorry for the delay DS, I had it setup to be visible only when logged in I changed it. It's visible now.

OK, let me tell you whats going on...............

You only have one label and that label only has one song available for streaming.
That song is a LoFi song..........

The player is set to only steam HiFi songs...........

Have the Label upload a HiFi song or make a HiFi song available for streaming and it will show up in the player.

Also,
Your using the "code snippet" code to embed the player in your templates.
You should try using the Jamroom player code instead.
Also the size should be changed to 160x268, You currently have it set at 160x250
