I have been unable to get sefjam fully working with the cluster server, it is probably 90% there, but the remaining 10% is beyond my abilities at the moment.

Brian is going to be taking a look at it, so hopefully there will be a solution before too long.

Sounds great.
The part I'm most interested in is friendly URLs for users, so if that's part of the 90% that's completed; I'd still be interested in it.
Thanks!

No updates I'm afraid, SefJam still doesn't work with the cluster server.

Yes, it is compatible with the current jamrom, but not if you are using the cluster server.

Any date as to when it could possibly be ready for the cluster server?

No, still not compatible with the cluster server.

I want to purchase the cluster server but only want to use the conversion kit, will selfjam be affected?

As far as I know you should be ok as long as the artists are all on the master.

I have been unable to get my head around how the cluster server works, but after testing it seems fine with the artists on the master. Let me know if you have any problems and I will try to sort it out, but as I'm sure you will understand, it is very hard to provide real support for something if you just don't get how it works.

I intend to use a cluster server for conversion purpose only. Is there a definite answer if SefJam UF URLs can work with it ?

If you are using it for the conversion server only, then it should work no problem.

Hope this helps!

Brian can you please explain a little more? I really need to go cluster due to hard drive space concerns but I like having SefJam for better SEO and better URL's. Is it possible to go cluster?

It will work if you are only using the Cluster Server for _conversions_ - if you plan on moving profiles to the cluster, I don't believe it works at this time (although I do know that Steve has looked into it).
