But when finish all up i got this:

and inside of settings.cfg.php it lookslike this:

Make sure that your MySQL is up and running. I use XAMPP, and when you set it up, you can choose to turn your MySQL on and off, so just double check.

I'd recommend downloading the new Jamroom 3.0.26 that I just put online:

It has some fixes in it to get to install better on some MySQL 5 "strict" installs:
