I thought I will add my two cents with regards to blank pages, as I recently have had a very unpleasant encounter.

While, at least in my experience most of the blank pages are due to errors in skins and themes and a proper error log is created if you make a mistake in a lang file (i.e. you will not close a line with ";") you will end up having a blank page and no php error whatsoever.

You'll find the error in a file called error_log instead since it will exit before jamroom can catch it and put it in to the common jr_php_error_log.

I changed my template from Nova to Flashback and some of my users are not found. It only gives me a blank page. I regenerated the profiles too

Hi this is the error log,

My issue is as follow i have installed jrmobil and i have followed all the instructions but when accessing from a mobile device i still get a blank page, when i add /mobile it works fine. There seem to be an issue with rdirect. Ps what steps whould i take ?

Your skin is referencing the side_box_login.tpl file, but that file cannot be found. You will need to either upload that file because it's missing, or remove whatever is referencing that template from your templates.

NOTE: If you are unable to view the Master Admin Menu in Jamroom, the error log can be found via FTP at jamroom/logs/jr_php_error_log - you can download it using any FTP client and view it in a text editor. The newest errors will be located at the bottom of the file.

not seeing php error logs in admin, nor am i seeing anything written on /logs on the jr install.

have lost stylesheet when coming out of maintenance mode.
