Is there a way to resize DS flv player? The player size is a bit too small.

I could be wrong, but I think it was not made to be resizable as it would mess up the aspect ratio of the video itself. I could be totally wrong though....

I'm wondering if daddysylem will be able to resize it on the .fla file, that way it has no effect on the video pixels. Videos that small is a turn off in my opinion.

kyle is right........
I fixed the video size to maintain the aspect ratio of the video and keep people from trying to resize it and causing major support issues when its all out of wack on their site.

There may be a way to make it resizable in the future and still maintain the aspect ratio of the video but at this time I'm not sure how to do that as I'm still fairly new at this flash video stuff myself.

As soon as I get things a little more setup on my site, I will be offering to manually resize the video players and also make custom video player skins for people that want them.

Thanks..........

Oh I didn't mean for others to resize. My question is whether you can resize it on the .fla source for everyone so we have a bigger player inteface all together.

The standard size for flv video is 320px x 240px.

Thanks

I can make the play screen and the player skin any size you want, but then not everyone is going to want a larger player. So far I've been asked for both smaller and larger players.

Since this "flv" stuff is all fairly new for Jamroom, the idea was to create a basic player for 3.1 and then see how people are actually going to want to use it. And then maybe make changes to future versions.

But I can ask brian if he wants me to increase the player size for Jamroom.

Thanks.......
