I was looking to add this code to my page but it is not available in the Marketplace (there is no "download now" button.

As I am running Proton2 as my main skin, I think this code should work.

I'm not sure which code you were trying to download, but Kyle is right that you have to be logged into jamroom.net to see the download buttons on the free downloads.
