Hi DS,

Is there a way to have the sage players be static on side menu?

I want the player to be embeded on side content and for the songs to load on that player instead of pop up.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Thanks,

do you mean so like a person clicks on a song link and it opens in the flash player on the side?

You have been making posts a few places on the board about this, but I'll deal with it here.
I understand what your trying to do and I dont know if it can be done easily in the themes. I helped somone else do something similar with genres in the skin and it worked out ok. But the themes work differently.

I can see what it would take to do this but I won't be using the Jeroen player as I'm not familiar enough with it yet to work with it.

I need to know what skin and theme your using

And I want to ask you if you have ever thought about using flash player buttons for each song instead of trying to get the flash player to play each song when clicked on.

Let me know........

Hi DS,

Thanks so much for your answer.

I'm using the sage theme with your media players. I have 2 wide colums so I'm picturing left side for content and right for the players. The main idea is to just eliminate the pop up window, so using the flash buttons sounds like a good idea too.

Thanks,

Give me a link to your site so I can see how its layed out. Just PM it to me if you dont't want to post it. I also have a Mod that will replace all your playlinks in the Sage Skin/Theme with flash player buttons. But I haven't released it.......

Thanks.......

Yes I got your PM, but I had to work today.
I looked at your site and I see what your trying to do.

I'll see if I can get some time on Saturday to work on a solution for you.

Thanks.....
