What is "Featured" all about? Sorry if that is to obtuse a question. I searched the site but couldn't find the info. If someone could just point me to the right page, that would be helpful.

In Nova, by default it is random. you can set the featured artists you want to display in the Jamroom Config -> Jamroom Skins -> Nova settings -> featured_band_ids. Pick 5 you want to "feature" and enter their band_id's separated by commas.
