I want to display an image from the users media folder inside of the control panel for the module i am developing. I tried using the jrShowLine function but it can not load the image. Im getting a 500 error. I assume this is because of the .htaccess file. Is there another function to insert an image?

Thanks

The thing is my module uploads an image to the users media folder but does not records this in the images table. Image.php does not have a file parameter so my thought is to create a hooks.php file for the module. This would actually be helpful in the modules functionality. How could i pass the image location (in the hooks.php script) to the image.php script. Does this make sense?

Thanks

Does the absolute path to the image not work?

Did you create an image.php file for your module?

http://www.jamroom.net/Jamroom_Modules_Module_Images

If you have, you should be able to use that to show your image in the control panel.

Hope this helps Smile

If you need to link directly to the module, you'll need to set the Jamroom Config -> Jamroom Quotas -> modify -> Extra Features -> Protect Media Directory to "no" and rebuild your profiles, if you are storing the images in the profiles media directory - however, this opens the directories up to being "leeched" from.

If possible, it would be best to go through the proper steps of integrating the images into a module.

Hope this helps!
