Revision 1.2.0 - Auto-submit gigs added.

I've noticed that a few of you who have installed this module are submitting all of your site's gigs on a regular basis, by hand. So for those who want to do this, I've added an extra option in the quota settings to do this automatically, on a daily basis.

It uses the built in Jamroom 'pseudo-cron' function by adding a script to your /include/plugins/jrDaily/ folder which when run, checks your quota settings for auto-submission, then if set, does it for all events in that quota.
