isn't there a way to give the option of a time with a premade list of times am-pm? jm_select maybe?

Yes, depending on how you are formatting your times, you would just make that the key for the array you want to show:

$_opts = array ( time() => 'current time');
jmSelect('Field Name','field_name',$_opts);
