I just bought hosting for a Podcast radio station on my site http://www.BeatRelease.com

How do I set this up with my site and add the tracks? I have no clue whats my next step, thanks guys.

I have the same skin as 314hits.com and they have the radio station going, trying to set up a radio like that.
