Any suggestions?

Have just emailed you.
You are using the Maestro skin which I don't have so have not tried this module with. Please PM me your logins and I'll check it out and also work out what needs to be done with the Maestro templates to work with this module.
Thanks
Pa

So you want to upload a 'regular' (for want of a better name) to Jamroom, then be able to post it on YouTube from the user Control Panel?

Another option that I thought would be good, is just to have another input field in the regular upload form that will be the YT upload. This is just for the sake of convenience and keeping tasks together.
For an example of this scenario; I would manually create 2 video files 1.) my preview, promo, trailer, whatever 2.)my main video. Then I could in 1 shot upload my preview to YT and also do the reg upload and to the vault etc.

All I can say is that this module is a must-have for all jamroom users. I've been waiting for this type of integration for some time. Easy to implement for any skin. Looks Super-Star!

Thank you!!!

Thanks Mike - I heartily agree with your post Laughing

I've just uploaded V1.0.3 which includes the modified templates for the Maestro skin and theme. Thanks Nate.
Cheers

I've just uploaded V1.0.4 of this module. No changes to the module's scripts, just some small changes and bug fixes to the sample templates included with the module.
If you are using the sample templates on any of the Jamroom stock themes or skins, I recommend uploading the latest ones, otherwise there's no need to do anything.
Cheers
Pa

Hey pasher,

I'm still getting a url underneath the player on profiles.

See http://www.anarchymedia.net/Softbox/ and click on videos on the player area.

What *should* that page look like? Also, if the artist has no flash videos, and only youtube vids, the video tab doesn't show up there (It's still shown below though). Is that by design?

Thanks!

I have took that url out of the template - have you rebuilt all your profiles?

Yes, the inbuilt player cannot play YT videos so if an artist only has YT videos uploaded, the video tab doesn't show.

I have, yes.

Hmmmm...my Player_video.tpl file has a {$play_url} at the very bottom...

I'll take another look when I get home (Jamroom.net is blocked at my office...grrrrr) and see if maybe I need to re-upload the templates.

You'll be happy to know that it started magically working in my Chrome at home as well, even though I did nothing...it just started working.

Seems to be good now. Thanks Paul!

I'm wondering if there's a way one could still load a videos tab in the top right area there but instead of being a player, have it list the videos? Just for consistency, so there's a tab there if there's videos. Even a note that says this profile only has youtube vids available, and click the vids link below to view them...

Actually, what would be really awesome is if it could somehow have the youtube vids in the jr player playlist and play them through the jr player so it felt truly seamless, but still be using youtube's bandwidth and not the jr site. Is it possible to feed a jr flash player an external video file?

I don't know, but that's about the only thing this module could do to make it better (It's already one of the best mods available!)

I'm finally onboard with this one too. I like it!

Going to be integrating with PJ2.

How about an option to set the search results #? 5, 10, 25, 50?

Maybe just a # field in admin settings OR a pull down at the search form?

Not a big deal i suppose.

What would also be great is to have some mobi skins for this module something like the jrvideo skin..

All I hear are good things.. Well done..
