Hello guys,

when i have done server check of my jamroom site it displays me this errors

The following error was encountered on the Cluster Server:

ERROR: (check_alive) The following Jamroom Modules are NOT installed on this cluster: jrAlbums, apSearch - ensure that any module that is installed in your Jamroom Master is also copied over to this Cluster Server!


what should i do now should i click on the synchronize server button , what happens if i do that or else any other suggestions to solve my errors.

You'll want to upload the jrAlbums and apSearch modules to your cluster server.

If , I have uploaded those files does it solve my previous problem which is in the previous post.

And is that must and should to upload that files to the cluster server.

go to jcservers -> modify server -> synchronize server

Hello THanks for your advice

after doing synchronize server , and then clicking on server check i got this error:
The following error was encountered on the Cluster Server:

Verify Web Server is running in Jamroom Cluster Server! (empty response)


Any more suggestions please.
