the aim is off when selecting track thru the window...

for example... you point the mouse and click the track, but it
selects the track under that...and you cant select the very first track...

My PM's are disabled because I'm part af the Jamroom Staff now.
I removed your link so it won't be posted and I'm looking into this.

It does look like something is wrong with the player itself,
So I'll let you know what I find out and see if we can get this fixed.

Thanks,
Greg -

If these were working fine be fore you upgraded to 4.2, then it probibly isn't a player issue.
But I'm in the process of installing all this on my test site to make sure it isn't a player issue.

When you upgraded your Jamroom to 4.2
Did you also install the Oinkba Skin and Theme Upgrade for Jamroom 4.2 too??

Let me know......

I'm seeing the same issue as you and I'm using IE 8......
The point is that both the larger Radio player and the smaller Artist Page player use exactly the same code for the scrolling playlist. So I'm guessing that its either an actual corrupt player or there is some code being used on the Radio page and popup window that is affecting the player in some way.

Like I said, I'm in the process of setting up the Oinkba Skins on my test site so I'll be able to test it later.

Thanks,
Greg -

OK I just installed the player pack on my test site and I don't see anything wrong with the player or the Oinkba templates.
http://www.lafire.net/jamroomtest2/ranking.php?mode=radio&radio_id=2&row_template=radio.tpl

The only thing I can suggest is to unzip your "MediaPro_PlayerPack2-0_Charcoal.zip" file into a clean directory and follow the instructions to reupload everything and overwrite your existing players.

Your big player may have become corrupt somehow.

Did you purchase these through the Jamroom Marketplace??

Let me know......

After a little more investigating I can see now that your players were not purchased from the Jamroom Marketplace. The players you are using are not the final release version currently for sale in the Jamroom Marketplace and may in fact be defective.

So I can only assume that you purchased them while I was still developing them.

If you can send me the PayPal email address you used to purchase them with, I can send you the final release versions of the players for you to install on your site. They should solve your issue and any other issues that may have been corrected in the final release.

You can send the information to the email address in my profile.

Thanks......

no i was your 1st customer on these players....
bought it when i was named "grind" i think

i bought it from you through email, right before you joined the staff....
and before it was ever available thru marketplace

and that makes perfect sense....i mean with all the unzipping/zipping
copy/pasting, switching files from external hd's to the other laptop....
im sure has something to do with that...

im sure i can find the email, maybe the attachment is still there,

and i'll just redownload it.... or can i just reply to that email....
and can you unlock it in the marketplace??

it'd be cool to have all my downloads in one place...

also my emailed version says MediaPro_Dark_PlayerPack.zip not MediaPro_PlayerPack2-0_Charcoal.zip

is there a difference between the 2 besides the name?
thanks!

If you purchased it from me before I joined the staff, then it wasn't purchased in the Marketplace and are not the right files you need. And I don't believe I can unlock the Marketplace for you because you didnt actually purchase them there. I'll need to check with Brian on that.

But the players you have seem defective and may also have additional bugs as they were still in development at the time you purchased them.

Just send me the paypal email address you used to purchase them with so I will look it up on my end. Then I will send you the current zip file being released in the Marketplace fo you to install on your site and it should solve all your issues with the players.

Thanks,
Greg -

Just found your paypal email..........
And I sent you a new zip file with players and instructions.
So check your gmail email account.

Install them and they will solve your problems.

Thanks,
Greg -
