Hi, Just revisiting this setup.

GOAL: My main concern is testing if the user has an existing JR account, the FB module will pickup the corresponding email address and log them in. Keep Signups disabled, so if I'm not mistaken, the system will not try to create a new account IF the email doesn't exist.

The reason for disabling fbSignup is I have a few different Quotas, I'd like a new user to still have to select which profile they are signing up for (ie the "normal process")

Desired Module settings: fbLogin Enabled - fbSignup disabled.
ERROR - Facebook Connect access is not currently active!

Module settings: fbLogin Enabled - fbSignup enabled.
I can log in successfully (the FB module detects the correct JR account) but it kicks me over to /user.php?mode=user_config page with the ERROR:
Passwords do not match! - please re-enter your password

Wow and you didn`t receive an answer since then - this is tough.
Well what works in Nova is that you can change the quota Id in the "signup.tpl" and then at least the right quota is taken when a user clicks on the sigup button.

But the real problem is that once a user just clicks on the login button and then follows the steps given. They do not give him the choice as you mentioned. This is a major trouble maker because it causes confusion for the user and even more a lot of questions and errors he wouldn`t want to go thru. I mentioned this in one of the points I wrote too.

I hope Big Guy sees this and takes over - I have good experience with him. But letting you wait so long for an answer is just not fair for a customer.

Best Matthias
