I was hoping to test.

Can you tell me - does the Chat appear in both the main site (skins and themes) as well as the Control Panel?

In otherwords, whether the user is on the skin, profile page, or CP, they will have the ability to chat?

What about other languages? how can i add language files for german spanish and russia? if i add more than one language file, the chat module does not work anymore

You add language files like you would any module. There is no reason it would prevent it from working. Make your new files have no errors.
