HomeWorld 2.0 is a 'one pager' and is available to all registered Jamroom users. It is based on the HomeWorld 1.2 below, but now includes a third column for the new 'Photo Gallery' that comes with Jamroom Power Pack.
All positions, tables fonts, colours etc. are in the page.css file. All page sections (Songs, Stations etc.) are conditionally generated dependent upon the quota settings. Also, if a user has not uploaded any songs, messages etc., appropriate text is displayed in that section (to hopefully encourage the user to do so). Graphics (jpg) for the top, left side and bottom are in the images folder so that they can be customised for your own site look and feel. A 'ReadMe.txt' file is included that gives more details on the theme, installation guide, credits and contact details.

See the new theme in action at www.motagator.net/tester

Download it (and all other MM Themes) from www.motagator.net/themes

Have fun, and don't forget to post a link if you use it, or an adaptation of it.

Pa

Hi Pasher,

Thanks for the theme. Love it.

I'm getting this : "ERROR! the template file requested is not in the correct directory: when trying to use the comment function.

In the vote for the band function I get this:"ERROR! unable to open requested band rating template - verify configuration "

Is it my set up or, did I miss something in the install of the theme.

See it here: http://mp3jack.com/artist/bands/19/

Both comments are working find in this theme:

Hi Jack
The Contact and the Rate Song links aren't working on your site either.
I'm pretty sure that you haven't copied all the files in the template folder, and its subfolders up to your server. The template folder is included in the zip download and is located above the main theme folder.
Let me know.
Cheers
Pa

Hi, I have added the coment and rating into the infradred theme, the one from DJ, and I am not getting the popup window because of a runtime error when clicked on the add comment link. I have changed the song footer of the theme and added this code inside.

</td>
<td width=20% class="thMusicI">{SONG_ADVISE_IMAGE}</td>
</tr>

</table>
</td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td width=100% colspan=2>
<table width=100% cellpadding=1 cellspacing=2 border=0>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">genre</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_GENRE}</td></tr>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">album</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_ALBUM}</td></tr>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">label</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_LABEL}</td></tr>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">credits</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_CREDITS}</td></tr>
<?php if ('{QUOTA_RATE}' == 'yes') { ?>
<br><a href="{SONG_RATING_FORM}&amp;template=infrared_rate_song.tpl" onclick="popwin(this.href,'name','450','180','no');return false">rate this song!</a>
<i>(average rating: {SONG_RATING_AVG})</i><br>
<?php } if ('{QUOTA_COMMENTS}' == 'yes') { ?><a href="{SONG_COMMENT_FORM}template=umber_add_comment.tpl" onclick="popwin(this.href,'name','450','400','no');return false">add your comments!</a>
<?php } if ({SONG_COMMENT_COUNT} > 0) { ?>
(<a href="{SONG_COMMENTS_URL}&amp;template=infrared_view_comments.tpl" onclick="popwin(this.href,'name','450','400','no');return false">{SONG_COMMENT_COUNT} comments</a>)
<?php } ?></table>

This is the link. Maybe I forgot to add a file somewhere. Can you help me out ?

Algoet,

Your song rating forms are doing the same thing.

I'm thinking that you don't have the {POPUP_JAVACODE} variable in your template headers. Perhaps it accidentally got removed?

It should be between the

<HEAD>
and
</HEAD>

Tags in your theme.

So your header might look like:

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<Title>My fancy site</title>
{POPUP_JAVACODE}
</HEAD>

Hope this helps!

Cheers!

It seems to be working fine now.
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<Title>My fancy site</title>
</HEAD>

</td>
<td width=20% class="thMusicI">{SONG_ADVISE_IMAGE}</td>
</tr>

</table>
</td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td width=100% colspan=2>
<table width=100% cellpadding=1 cellspacing=2 border=0>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">
<a href="{SONG_COMMENT_FORM}template=umber_add_comment.tpl" onclick="popwin(this.href,'name','500','400','no');return false">
<font color="#FFFFFF">Add your comments!</font></a></td><td class="thMusicR">&nbsp;<?php if ('{QUOTA_RATE}' == 'yes') { ?>
<?php } if ('{QUOTA_COMMENTS}' == 'yes') { ?>
<?php } if ({SONG_COMMENT_COUNT} > 0) { ?>
<a href="{SONG_COMMENTS_URL}&amp;template=umber_view_comments.tpl" onclick="popwin(this.href,'name','450','400','no');return false">
<font color="#FFFFFF">{SONG_COMMENT_COUNT} comments</font></a><font color="#FFFFFF">
<?php } ?></font></td></tr>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">genre</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_GENRE}</td></tr>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">album</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_ALBUM}</td></tr>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">label</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_LABEL}</td></tr>
<tr><td class="thMusicL">credits</td><td class="thMusicR">{SONG_CREDITS}</td></tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</table>

Hi Eddie
Pleased and honoured that you have chosen my theme as your default Wink Very Happy
And its OK for you to use the graphics, but it is pretty straightforward to change them should anyone want to customise the theme - just replace the jpg files in the images folder.
Cheers
Pa
PS - I voted on your Live8 poll Laughing

Pash -

I have to agree with Eddie - for being a 1 page theme it's done very nice and has everything laid out really well - good job! Wink
