I'm not good at english. sorry for that.
Is there any accounting system in payment pack that can manage monies between artists and site admin?
for example, consider that price of a song is 1$ and when a purchaser buy that song the money must be divided to artist (90 cent) and site admin (10 cent) and so on.
How payment pack can manage that?

You can set a percentage of the sale in the quota section for the payment settings. So the answer to your question would be yes, Jamroom can do this.
