I have two problem with countries when i want to add an artist and some other place :
1) How I can change the name of countries (for example for translation)
2) How I can change the default country to another one.

You'll find the countries list is at:

jamroom/config/locations.txt

Whichever one you want to be the default, place it on the first line.
