Steve X had made a module for me that was working fine in 4.2.2 but does not work in 4.2.5. The module creates a basic form and db table that stores a title, category, description, and two images. It also allows me to make custom form fields.

For some unknown reason the [CREATE] button (posts the info to the database) does nothing. No error message or anything.

Does anybody know of a change from 4.2.2 to 4.2.5 that would keep this POST from working or what should I even look for?

There've been a lot of updates to the system since 4.2.2...you would really need SteveX to look into it unfortunately. Sorry!
