Can you be more precise?
Which SC links are you clicking on?
The only popup is the player and there are no links to other tracks in that.

When I have the soundcloud mod enabled, I am unable to upload a regular audio file.

What do I have to do to allow both?

Do you have the 'SoundCloud Only' option checked in the quota media settings?
If so, un-check it.

I've already addressed this on page 2 of this thread -

on the music tab

it is showing the soundcloud under albums but it won't play - how can I remove this from displaying in my albums?

You can only embed a SC player for single songs so when integrating this module into templates, you need to decide if the templates are suitable for this and take appropriate action. Ie. if the template is 'station' related you might want to exclude SC tracks using the conditional statements in the sample templates.
I'm not sure from your link exactly what you are trying to do, but hopefully this will help?

Unlikely for Jamroom4, but if there is demand, we could look into those as Jamroom5 modules in the future.
