Giving this a shot here Wink

i'm looking for some help in trying to get the jr_battle to have a default automatically displaying the battles without clicking any kind of link from the menu

right now...when you go on the battle page...in the nova skin...you have to click on one of the links to show the battles whether a battle is starting or completed.

I took a look at the code of battle.tpl and it does have the first link as a default...

Just like then artist.tpl has a default and it displays once you go to the artists.tpl page without clciking on any link .

Is there a way of having active battles or something...already displaying without clicking on it...

It just look so empty once you go on the page....that you have to click on it to display something.

Does anyone know what I can do to get it working that way.

Let me know what I can do at my end to have it display something first without clicking on any of the links Wink

You should be able to find the code that the page goes to when one of the links is found, figure out the ranking call (or function used to pull up the code for that page) and bring that into the section of code for the top page.

Hard to say without actually looking at the code and im not setup for that right now sorry. Otherwise i could give more clear instructions.

* look for a page that shows what you want.
* find out what makes that page show that info
* copy that call into the top page location.
