Hey Nate,

We got the jAppOne Suite a few months ago. Is the IOS version included with that purchase?

I also submitted the photos for the Android Marketplace. About how long does this usually take to get set up?

I haven't seen the email for the Android. For IOS I send you the ipa file and you deal with Apple. They are a headache.

Is it possible to change out the image that is in the Google Play Store? I am referring to the one that slides when looking at the app before and after it is installed. If you could please send provide this image for us to edit, that would be great!

Yes, flv videos and mp3 audio plays in the app.

I disabled video uploading and we do only youtubes so we won't see any videos. But the mp3s should still work. Hmmm, any idea why they might not be playing in the app?

The file could be downloading very slowly. I'm not sure.

The app code hasn't changed so I would imagine it's server side issues. Your music files should definitely be optimized for mobile delivery. 128k or lower.

Music is optimized and server hasn't changed. The app doesn't connect and music has never worked through the app. Which files should we start with?
