With this module installed, I get an extra tab when modifying a profile to add a video, but don't see the YouTube videos when just viewing a profile, nor do I see them from the main page. What do I need to add to show the list of these videos?

Which Youtube module do you have installed? And which skin are you using?
If it is the paYTSeamless module and you are using one of the Jamroom skins, you need to upload the appropriate templates that come with the module.
