i think its the Vault thats giving issue...

its saying error when Item is added to the vault form

Do you see any errors in your Activity log? Check the logs/jr_error_log too (via FTP) and see if you are getting errors. Make sure the .htaccess file is setup as well.

when adding a track initially it shows a blank screen after upload
then when i go back to songs it shows the track but only with the hifi attached.

If i then add the vault item it then gets added successfully..

Yeah a blank screen almost always is a PHP error, or an error in a template - can you check your error log?
