The private messaging has always shown upper left with every pop-up window.

Do you know what I mean? The private messaging module shows on every popup when a user is logged in. How can we remove this from the pop-ups?

Add a class to your <body> element of your site template.

then edit your n8AjaxChat/js/n8AjaxChat.js line 157

from
Code
.appendTo($( "body" ));   

to
Code
.appendTo($( ".newClassName" ));


You could also you IDs.
