Hi Nate,
I'm rebuilding my website on JR5 with ISkin3 and I have a few issues. Some templates are not working on my site. For example this page http://iskin.n8flex.com/music doesn't show any music on my site (and it generates this error in the error log : invalid search criteria in jrCore_db_search_items parameters - check usage). Same problem for the pages "videos", "soundcloud", "vimeo", "youtube", etc... The charts work though. Finally the "top stories" section on the first page doesn't show any text except for the titles. I checked and these problems are related to the skin and not to the JR5 core install.
So I thought I would upload a fresh version of ISkin3 and see if it works better before replacing my templates one by one to find where I made a mistake. Unfortunately when I uploaded the new skin, Jamroom didn't pass the integrity check.
So my next idea was to clone my skin and replace the templates one by one with untouched templates from the original skin, and see where's the problem. The cloning worked. The integrity check worked too. Unfortunately then I couldn't go to my "Skins" page anymore. It generated this error in the PHP error log : PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ISkin3_skin_meta() (previously declared in /home/nixt/public_html/skins/ISkin3/include.php:17) in /home/nixt/public_html/skins/GTS/include.php on line 24 [x 1]
In the end, I replaced all the files in my skin with the original files but it didn't solve anything. My template issues are still there.
I don't understand. If you have any idea please tell me...

What beta version of jr5 are you running?

I'm using the 7 th beta along with the latest version of the superpack.

No improvement with the beta 8. Is iSkin 3 supposed to work with these latest betas ?

And are you planning on releasing another version of the skin when JR5 is ready ?

is a JR5 bug, not a skin issue. Just means there was no song category (or genre something like that ) set so the query went wonky.

just means that you have 2 functions called the same thing, go into the skin you cloneds dir and rename its ISkin3_skin_meta to YourClonedSkinsName_skin_meta

and you'll be good to go.

But I'm just trying to see the newest sounds / videos / or to sort them alphabetically. So I still don't know where there's a missing category.
And I don't understand why it works on the iSkin3 demo page but not on my site... The templates are the same...

if the templates are the same perhaps the content is different.

Make sure all your content has all the tags.
