What does the above mean? and how can i fix it.

when you make a change on the form then go to the form and put in data and save the entry then it will initialize it.

Also take a look in the form designer top right drop down. When you create or add a new field to a form, you will typically want to add it to the update form also.

means you are on:
yoursite.com/page/create

and have never been to:
yoursite.com/page/update

and It is recommended that you go there before using the 'Form Designer'.

so create a page, then update that page, THEN use the form designer.
