Getting an Error Message for Video Channel

Hi Support Team,

We are getting an error message for our newly created
TV Channel.

Here is the message:

"ERROR! The Video Channel has an empty playlist - verify configuration"

A video has been uploaded into the library and added to
the playlist, so we are not sure why this message appears
on our screen.

We verified the configuration module and made a few adjustments
but we are still receiving the error message.

Could this be linked to the mod_rewrite module problem we are
having with Godaddy.com?

Also, the epk function is not working either. Could this also be linked
to the same mod_rewrite problem?

Any solutions?

Difficult to say on the info given. Godaddy problems are usually related to urls though. Are you sure that the playlist is not empty - what does the output look like?

What did godaddy say about it?
