Have a new jr5 core install and can't figure out why the css isn't loading. I have a couple other installs working. Server check is OK. I've flushed the caches and all that stuff. Looking at the browser source, the css is where it should be. I can bring it up.

Not sure what else to look for. Any ideas?

start by explaining what "the css isn't loading." means.

Sounds like you got all the other things to do done. nice. also try switching to a different skin and back again, that sometimes helps.

I get no styles with jrElastic. I switched to Sage and it works. Switched back to jrElastic. No go.

Downloaded the core again and re-uploaded and it's fine now.
