Are there any documentations for JR5 to make custom skins? Im new to the whole JR script. Are skins the replacement for themes now? Also can demos be posted for each skin/theme? This would be great before buying a product!

i am actually modifying a Jr5 template its not to terribly complicated however the new encoding is a bit entertaining. its worth it if you are new to jamroom i been using them for years.

no need to purchase anything, the open source core is all you need to check out how the skins work.

yes, you are correct, there are no more 'themes and skins' just 'skins' for both the main site and the profiles sites.

The templating syntax has been upgraded from smarty2 to smart3 for the skins.

The docs will be along shortly. If your impatient to see them, you could help out with the beta testing of the site.
