[Dazed]

Hey Guys - This has been kind of an ongoing issue on my site so I am looking for some solutions.

I receive a song review and would like to thank the reviewer.

-- I can only comment on their guestbook once and then a message is received that you have already signed it.
-- I can only message them if we are following each other

I want to collaborate with an artist on here but have no way to contact them.
--Not everyone reads their guestbook

So while I like the fact that we are preventing spam, we seem to also be shutting down communication in general. How can I allow my members to communicate more effectively?

I have posted 2 posts about this Dazed, and haven't got an answer from anyone about it, this is a big issue with me/my website as promoters have no way to contact the artists, unless they go other other websites to contact the artist(s), meaning my site is losing out on traffic and on being a useful tool for artists, I have no idea why the jamroom team would leave this valuable option out of JR5, it is really hurting my website.
