Captcha is not settable by Quota, so there's nothing you can do there. It should already be enabled in the contact form already - do you have a link?

By the way i saw there is in your demo somewhere i dont knwo now, and on profile pages is CAPTCHA TOO!
so how to do it?

I've never touched your site, it wasn't me who installed it, I've never made any alterations or logged in, it always worked like that. I think you need to spend a bit of time getting familiar with how it all works.

The captcha displays to non-logged in users. Logged out users don't get shown the captcha.

ahh ok but i saw there is not captcha when i was LOGGED also not only like that
NOW PLEASE TELL where is a button or ADMIN option to restore the flash player and his path?
As the one freelancer didnt finish the job and :'( now the music is in html5 somewhere protected folder on hosting and it not play all corectly, so i will need to RESTORE all what he did
