I would like to submit this suggestion in which another user in this forum made.

We are looking to pool our money together as a community and have a template made such as the one at Goldmic.com or reverbnation.com.

I am sure it will be very expensive but if we work as a community and pool our money together, this will benefit us all. Let me know what you guys think?

The template is not the problem, it is the implimentation of the template into jamroom and smarty template engine... along with all the artist pages, themes, skins, ect.

Yes I would say this is the designer to choose. He knows Jamroom and does outstanding work.

Let's get a price from Huw and we'll paypal him individually.

I figure 150$ for design and 150$ for intergration.

I'd like all the functions that St. Louis Christian Music has and add the the bells and whistle of the existing oinka template.

Any thoughts!

PS. Will we be able to resell it to site owners who have not contributed.

I am pretty sure it will be much more expensive than just 300 dollars... I am willing to contribute as much as possible for something like this... We need to contact HUW and organize this effort.

Maybe you could set up a forum for template request suggestions.

The battle thing is for rappers... It is a point system... You rap against one another... WHoever has the best dis lyrics gets voted win or lose.... And the more points you get, the higher your ranking...

Ok, but how is it set up on the site. How do you select the artists, how do you vote, how is the taly done, when does it end.

Is there a special script for this. It would be cool if We had a preset template to make it all work

I do not think we can have the battle thing involved in our design... It would require an extreme amount of programming... I am just interested in a redesign of jamroom to look more like their site...
