If my feeble mind is remembering things right, you have a standard Jamroom player that you paid me to color and add your site name and logo to.......Correct?

You now would like to have the "Buy Now" button added to your player since it has now been released in the payment pack.

I'll add the "Buy Now" link to your colored player at no charge........ Very Happy

I don't see any reason to charge someone for something that everyone else is getting for free in the payment pack Cobalt player, and since you have already paid me for the coloring your Cobalt player, there isn't anything left to charge you for.......lol

Make sure your site is upgraded with the very latest 3.0.24 files of Jamroom, Bonus Pack, Power Pack and Payment Pack. I'll send you the upgraded and colored Cobalt players by tuesday night california time.

Thanks and have a safe New Year.........

daddysylem,
I purchased a player from you a few months back, (running the latest jr 3.0.25 at present) and for some reason when some songs are played through your player they drag - ie play at a slighly slower pace than normal. Its nothing to do with the files uploaded by my artists as when you play their mp3's through windows media on the site, they run fine, but the same song through your player at present is running slow (maybe 20-30 seconds on a 5 minute song longer than it should). Is there a setting that I need adjusting ?

Thanks

One thing to note is that Flash requires an mp3 be encoded at 44.1khz in order to play properly - it could be that these mp3's are encoded at 48khz, which would slow them down ~10%. Unfortunately this is something that is part of Flash and can't be controlled by Jamroom.

Hope this helps!

- Brian

Thanks Brian,
That would make sense. I'll pass that on to the artist and come back to let you know.....but that would account for it.

Cheers.

Thank you for helping Brian.......... Smile

Sorry "netgroup",
I did get your emails but I was not around today to respond. I'm sure what Brian told you was the problem as this seems to be the most common problem when it comes to fast or slow playing songs in the players.

Let me know if your still having probelms.

Thanks........

I can color the standard Jamroom players to match your site for $10.00
http://www.lafire.net/jamroomtest/members/5/index_color.php
Just click the "Buy Now" button, fill out the form and pay for it through paypal. I have a backlog of about 1-week at this time.

I'll see if I can also color the "The Futuristic Set" set for you, but it will have to wait till I get the other custom player skins I'm making complete (also about 1-week). If I can get it colored, the cost will be the same as the current one on the site $15.00.

Thanks...........

Hey Greg,

I've figured out the volume control issue I was having, well I at least have it working as well as you have yours working on your custom skins... I still haven't figured out how to add a different sliding volume controler, but If I do I'll let you know.

Thanks Smile

I'll have them made into players for you by sunday.
They will be the same price as the blue set, so you can just go ahead and purchase the blue set but in the comments section of the checkout form let me know who you are and I will send you the green set.

Thanks,
Greg
