ii think thier might be some problem im not sure what the problem might be

at times on the visitor, it shows large number like 210 vistors,
but i just relased the site 2 days ago. i dont think thats right
because normaly i get about 33 vistors at times showing

can you please let me know if its teh setting on the admin i would have to do?

This could of been a "bot" or spider - I see this occasionally on the Jamroom demo as well. Jamroom already groups the sessions by IP address, so it was likely just an anomaly. Make sure you are running the latest Jamroom as well, as there were some bugs in this in older versions.
