Im trying to make a addon page for a project but i aint that good with Smarty and i wanna know how Does these Funtions work? <a href="{$SONG_NAME} (HiFi-Play)"

I do this and they dont find anything is there a file I need to include that gets the Id's? And does it go off of the user name such as Test so it grabs Tests songs and stuff?
