my 1st module creation help

i used aparana or whatever itscalled cloned a new module naming it seprofiledesigner
i changed the module type to profiles so its in the profile group
and
selected allow on profiles apply to all..not what i wanted i now realize
what i want is for that form it created to be added to the profile modification as a tab just like profile tweaks is

only the modification not creation i dont want profile creation to be complicated with profile design tools but after creation iwant them to be able to redesign it the way they want

so to clarify the question whats needed in (i assume) index.php or whherever to add it to the profile mod page remove the "allowed on profiles' from admin and add to timeline etc..h,mmm well actualy might want "user updated thier profile) type message on timeline
but
basicly i want to modify it so that theres just a form that i create on the profile mod page as a tab called profile designer

then.. the form i create ..and any css i make for that form should be packaged with the module.. but still alow others to add to itt and customize and extend it

so once i create that form that will be the basis of the profile designer is that written into the php

i saw in profile tweaks the forms hard coded into the index..
wich for a simple form like that could probably figure out but this will be a far more complex form and when its released will have to be bundled with the skin im creating (wich ofcourse you can then adapt other skins to use it easily enough)
and will need spectrum bundled with it


i think i better rephrase the questions in a 1 2 3 manner

1 how do i get the profile designer to only show as a tab on the profile mod page
2 how do i get it so the form i create is made a permenent part of the module


and a 3rd question since i dont have the skills you guys have
would u prefer instead of trying to publish it as a developer i turned over what i worked out to you guys for "cleaning up' and further future development and possible inclusion in other skins

im creating this partialy for my members
partialy for other ning users who would want this type functionality
and partialy for you guys to help you attract more ning users..as well as help the whole jr community have an easy to use design tool

i was going through softliscious on my server (for those who dont know its a 1 click installer for hundreds of scrips and site builders)
1st i saw noahs classifieds wich was a total nightmare and a scam ..they literaly ripped me off to the point i had to create noahsclassifiedsscam.com or was it 1 s i forget
they had 38 5 stars that all looked like the same guy posting the same thing... and 35 1 stars saying they were horible

then found jamroom wich had all 5 stars except 1 4 and only 1 1 so i gave you a 5 stars but also wrote you out a great review .. a much better written 1 then the "it was easy" and "best cms i ever used wish i found it years ago) type i saw there.. i gave ya a much more detailed review that was a polar oposite of the review i gave noahs classifieds
(you know after months of trying to get it to work and getting nothing but sales pitchesfrom the only guy in the company..la salesman not a coder.. i joined the vip support group.. at 99 dollars a month and sawnothing but 6 months of posts saying "whhy isnt anyone answering us" all with the same disasterouse problems that made it unusable
(they dared to quote 1 guy '$44,000" to set it up right for him so it worked

in the vip i was secretly refered to another site aparently there was 1 guy in vip that was trying to fix it released his own database fixes and otrther fixes to make it work.. the owner then stole his code banned him from the forum added his code to the system without knowing what he was doing...wich screwedit up even worse
and .. refused to give refunds after u wasted 6 months and several hundred diollars on a script thst never worked

but you guys are the absolute opposite you are the besrt there is and really work hard to put out the best product outr there

will this mean i gotta re-import audio cause thats a huge 1 that takes forever
but so does photos and that i need to delete and recreate..

strum after the upgrade do u get a debug window popup wheneveryou view a profile

if u dont and i do theres definately something odd going on in the upgrade process

i believe so but then again i think it might just delete all imported items to do a full wipe u might need to do into the database and truncate it efectively wiping it clean

after doing delete and import before i think..but amnot sure that it might not delete test accounts...cant remember 100% though cause ive created several some i deleted myself and now that i think about it ..i think 1 or 2 was deleted but ..if i remember corectly paul did truncate the database to be safe on members and a few things like discu8ssions..to do a thourough wipe
so since delete and create wasnt enough that he felt the need to wipe it at the database.. im guessing it might leage test accounts


and i realize i said the oposites about 3 times each but was just trying to think my way through the problem and give relatively educated best guess responce

actualy im prerttty sure delete and recreate lewft music i added and playlists so..im thinking its not afull database wipe
