im not seeing it in the iframe
im seeing it where the url was pasted
look what i said in the 2nd or 3rd post with the screenshot
the link was pasted after the highlighted text
(as seen when you edit post and paste post code in like i did)
now the iframe as rendered is not at the same location in the post as the link was
where the link was posted in the post you see nothing, however in the code you do see that extra text= in a link code
so whats happening is the link is being passed to the url scanner then to the youtube module to embed the iframe
but its leaving behind a code fragment inside the original link code
at least thats what seems to be happeneing
have you tried pasting it into a discussion in the middle of a block of text and see if it leaves that partial link behind

paste that url as is into a discussu]ion
the url scanner converts that to an embeded video
then look in the page source code for that

That works no problem for me embedding it here locally - the URL scan correctly handles the URL.

it does without adding a link in the source code tha just has the text=

see what i jean all the &'s are unesacary info only the ?v= is needed idf aeverything after each & was simply removed from the urls it would fix it

its part odf the youtube url i dont konow why context is added
never seen that before but maybe its context from redirecting from a diferent vid i dont know
but its part of the youtube vid thats not being handled right the url scanner should maybe configured to skip or remove all strings after an &
so only the ?view= is used the &featured &context
etc are so\imply remmoved

<p>as a college student i need to have a level of neatness anyway to better increase my chances of getting job in my field. I may keep them a little bit past shoulder length.</p>

notice the link and the video are not in the same places

is being left in the link
the video is moved from the location of the link to the bottom of the post
as you see in the screenshot oi searched for the text right before the link wich is highlighted in the screenshot
no video is after that its below all text
im guessing that is an issue with the url scanner?
