that might have been cometchat wich wasnt working rebooted and nowe it is maybe had acurrupt js files i dunno
just seemed odd i had another member try and she couldnt either but then again shge just joined maybe wasnt doing something right
ill keep an eye on it if isee it happenning again ill reopen this

i did get that response from the server yes ..

though everytime i tried to rate it it showed as unrsated
and wouldnt rating as offline still alow it

i had it set to not require logins but i tried a dozen times logged in from ff and ie and had another member try (not sure what browserr) at best they'd turn red and sit there red for like 3 to 5 min and never turn yellow

odd maybe should change it to drasticly delayed
although 3 ppl tried rating it while logged in only my last attempt while logged out took and that was almost 10 minutes after clicking it 5 or 6 times

could it be a 'waiting for table lock" situation

still posts dont show up right away

and stil somestimes not always the reply forwards to the profile forum

i figured it out asi had diferent results from clicking the link in the activity then ii did clicking the links in my front page forums

it was the very 1st template i created and i picked apart the forum details display adding my code
but that had all the links linking to user id item id post title instead of
mainforum/forum/item category post title
