Models and Skins purchased not available

Installation and Configuration

Brian,

Now that Jamroom has been reinstalled at the original URL, the Marketplace is fine.

Just one thing though, I am seeing this on my other site:
"MailGun - API Settings- fail - API Settings are incorrect - domain is not configured at MailGun

Is this module really needed?

Thanks

brian:
Did you see this issue before your site was moved?

No not there before.

Not to worry. I'll wait and see if Arvixe can move it back for me.

Thanks again

Installation and Configuration

I think it may be the issue I suggested regarding the domain, as the license is registered to these two domains (see image).

I am trying to get Arvixe to move this back to the main domain, rather than the sub-directory.

Thanks.

Yes "regenerate" the code.

I am assuming that I can download the models/skins/bundles because I have previously purchased them on one license. It that correct?

I am hosting this Jamroom site with Arvixe. It has been moved (for some reason) to a sub-directory (as showed above). Originally it was installed on the main domain directory, not in a sub-directory. I am currently trying to get Arvixe to move this back to the main domain directory. So I am not sure if this has any baring on the situation.

Thank you,
Alex

Installation and Configuration

I had to make some installation amendments to our Jamroom site at http://new-testament.info/jamroom and have also refreshed the licence code.
At present, although my new license code is active on this site, I am not seeing the options to install my current purchases.
Do I have to wait a while before these are activated?

Thank you,
Alex

Tabs no longer visible in ACP Mode

Ning To Jamroom

I finally managed to fix it by removing the jrNingja skin cache on the server via FTP. Unable to resolve it any other way.

It was only the ACP section that was not loading correctly; the rest of the site was fine.

Tabs no longer visible in ACP Mode

Ning To Jamroom

Since recent Ningja updates the tabs on our site are no longer visible. It is as if all the important content has shifted up the page.

Please see image.

It is like this on all of the ACP pages.

What can I do to rectify this?

Thank you.

Strumelia:
Hey- as I understand it, you and Brian got that iPad links issue figured out as a bug and it will be fixed on the next update. Let me know if that's not correct and I'll then go look on my iPad.

Yes you are correct!

@Strumelia do you have an iPad? If so could you let me know if the drop-down menus are visible on your Jamroom header, (ACP, Account Name)?

Thank you.
