Quota item limit

Is it possible to set a quota item limits instead of giving the quota e.g. 100mb space? I don't mean the profile daily limit module. I mean generaly.

E.g. Artist can upload 10 item on Audio.
E.g. Labels can upload 20 item on Audio.

Just noticed that I can see just fine this link and my changes http://domain/core/item_action_buttons/detail/m=jrAudio

Why when I am from the profile of the user I am directed to -> item_action_buttons/list/m=jrAudio ?

PS. My changes on bundles -> modify, doesn't count no matter what I choose on Audio. But anywhere else it listens just fine? Gallery, Video works

I noticed 2 things.

1. Is that the "file downloads" module doesn't allow me to "add to bundle" even though the form designer is.

2. I went to audio->configure button-> FoxyCart Budle-> modify-> and changed the quota to profile admins, since I didn't want the profile owner to have the right to do it

And then the blank page appears for this link (domain)core/item_action_buttons/list/m=jrAudio.

The item action buttons work fine except the audio.
I run integrity check and nothing changed. When you have time you may look it up.
