Yes, I wish now I would have started with the cheaper version. New issues today are that some profiles when logged in are not linked to cometchat even though you can chat with them if you click their name it takes you to a page saying this page has not yet been created ? And if i log in using the social login it says i have to login to use cometchat so they have disconnected it also from users using social login which worked great the other day ...no idea what they are doing now they fix one thing and then everything else starts to fall apart?

Man, I can't help but feel this is just a lot of money to be handing out for something that seems like a beta test. Don't get me wrong when it works it's great, but all these issues should not exist for 250.00? When I first looked at comet chat I had the intentions to eventually upgrade to the mobile app, desktop messenger and the video chat. But after this I would be pretty paranoid to put any more money into it. I know nothing is perfect and everything but still that is what tests are for. I could not see charging my members just to test something if that makes any sense?

The private notes its so hidden i dont think many people will use it besides admin. A good idea i think would be to have a "send me a message" button on every profile and then let the users control who to get messages from just like how facebook give you settings.

I am gonna jump in here and say it is extremely important for anyone building a social network or community to sign up at twitter, facebook, google plus, myspace etc. Those are the biggest social networks and it really helps to understand how they work and why people love them, so much in order to really grasp how to build your own, what to mimic and what to change. Jamroom is very much a mixture of myspace and twitter IMO

What do you guys think would be a good amount of data to let users have say I want them to be able to upload an album and a video or 2 but was thinking I should cut it off after that so in the future I can have a subscription plan including more data in the plan, also how do I see how much data individual users are using (how much hard drive space)?
